A NOTE FROM ISIS
For more than two decades, my hands have cared for thousands of faces. Somewhere along the way, I stopped seeing only skin. I began noticing the breath. The jaw. The shoulders. The places where the body was holding tension.
I began understanding how different the face could feel when the person beneath it was finally given permission to rest.
The Amara Method™ grew from those years of observation, touch, experience, and a deep respect for every person who enters my room.
My intention is simple: To create an environment where you feel cared for, unhurried, and safe enough to soften.
