Isis Orozco is the founder and creator of The Amara Method™, a trauma-informed healing modality that bridges advanced skincare with somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and intuitive energetic work.

With over 24 years of experience as a licensed esthetician, Isis’s work has evolved far beyond traditional facial therapy. Through years of hands-on practice, deep listening, and embodied intuition, she discovered that the skin is not merely a surface — it is a living map of emotional history, ancestral memory, and nervous system patterns.

Clients are often drawn to Isis not only for visible skin results, but for how they feel in her presence: calmer, safer, and more connected to themselves. Her sessions are known for their ability to soften deeply held tension, quiet the nervous system, and allow emotional release without force, pressure, or retraumatization.

Isis works from a place of somatic empathy — sensing subtle shifts in the body, fascia, and breath, and responding intuitively with precision, care, and reverence. Her touch is slow, intentional, and deeply regulated, allowing the body to unwind at its own pace.

The Amara Method™ is the culmination of her lived experience, professional training, and intuitive gifts — offered with humility, integrity, and deep respect for each client’s unique journey.

The Amara Method™ is grounded in trauma-informed principles, meaning every session prioritizes safety, consent, pacing, and nervous system regulation.

While emotional release, memories, or sensations may arise naturally during a session, clients are never required to relive, verbalize, or revisit traumatic experiences. All work is guided by the body’s readiness and occurs without force or expectation.

The Amara Method™ is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for mental health care. It is a complementary, holistic modality designed to support emotional well-being, stress regulation, and mind-body awareness.

Clients are always encouraged to:

  • communicate boundaries and comfort levels
  • pause or stop at any time
  • integrate this work alongside appropriate medical or mental-health support when needed
